Casa Noelia
Noelia is a chef, culinary expert, and cake artist. She needed a website where people could order delicious tapas take away and her weekly Wednesday special, which she prepares in her industrial kitchen at home.
We quickly realized that Noelia didn’t require a full-fledged e-commerce site with online payment capabilities, etc. Instead, she needed a clear overview of her various menus and weekly specials, allowing customers to easily place take-away orders.
The solution was a webpage that presents both the menu and an order form side by side. Customers can scroll through the menu while the order form remains “fixed” on one side, ensuring it doesn’t move. This way, they can view the entire menu while maintaining a clear overview of their selections. Furthermore, they can access detailed information about each dish by clicking on them, which opens a popup window.
Once a customer places a take-away order, the order is sent to Noelia’s email and saved in the system. Simultaneously, the customer receives a confirmation that the order has been received. Payment is made “offline” upon pickup, either in cash, through bank transfer, or using Mobile Pay.
